about me

ever since i sat down in my first typography class, i've been thinking about letters and ever since i read an article about ralph caplan in the ny times, i knew why. the first sentence read to mr. caplan, design wasn’t really about objects, anyway, but about making things right. as a designer, i feel like that's true; like there's a right shape for every idea, every team, and every project — and my job is to find out what it is.

when i have some time off, i go bouldering, read about cities, and try to make friends with the birds visiting my balcony.
